1. Strategic Engagement

By engaging with Elim Software Studio, you agree to our consultative framework. All project timelines are estimated based on discovery sessions and architectural complexity.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the full copyright and intellectual property rights of the custom software code transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement.

3. Payment & Milestones

We work on a milestone-based engagement model. Payments are non-refundable once a specific engineering sprint has been approved and completed by the client.

4. Maintenance & Support

Post-launch support is provided according to the specific plan selected. We ensure structural integrity and security patches for the duration of the support period.

5. Ethical Collaboration

We reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our ethical engineering standards or those that involve malicious digital practices.
